Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Drumistan Percussion, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read the following policy for cancellations and refunds:

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

• To request a cancellation, email us at [your email address] with your order number.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for:

  • Cancelled orders (before shipping)

  • Damaged or defective items (see below)

  • Wrong item received

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address or WhatsApp number].

• Include photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.

• After review, we’ll offer a refund or replacement as applicable.

Returns

• We currently do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within the time window for eligibility.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Delay in delivery due to courier issues or force majeure

• Product dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g. color or size variation)
